Nourse Farm has its very own food truck…Veg Out @ Nourse Farm! Back for a fifth season, we’re serving up a plant-forward menu with a side of nutrition education and a smile. After five, fabulous seasons, we closed operations on Sunday, August 25th, 2024.

Veg Out @ Nourse Farm offers a chance to connect agriculture, nutrition, food preparation, and community from farm to fender. Until we can take your order, peruse our site, check out our details below, & eat more plants! And when you’re in line, be sure to find your favorite fruit or veggie on the BIG screen.

Our Founder: or as we refer to her…Head Veg.  Meet Catherine…she’s the visionary behind the trailer (must be all of the carrots she eats).  Catherine describes herself as someone who loves food— eating it, making it, studying it, connecting with it—and she loves sharing food with folks.  Since moving to Massachusetts, she has explored ways to combine (stir, mix, blend, marinate) all of her food loves and finally found it! Catherine believes that Veg Out @ Nourse Farm is truly a vehicle (pun intended) that combines all of her food loves AND affords her more opportunities to connect folks with foods that nourish them in fun and yummy way. Find Catherine working behind the window at Veg Out, testing recipes in the kitchen, or researching a new food joke. And if you want to get in touch with her, email is preferred: catherine@noursefarm.com.

Our Mission: Eating a local, plant-forward menu is definitely a means to attain person and planet health. Understanding why it’s important and having some fun while doing it are others.  Veg Out @ Nourse Farm provides an opportunity for folks to do all of these—through food, facts, and fun.  Get more food for thought when you check out our recipe for success. And if you’re inclined, check out our profile from Westborough TV. We appreciated having a tent/table at the Westborough Farmer’s Market during the 2024 summer season, featuring our ready-to-eat salads and heat & eat soups.

Veg Out @ Nourse Farm: permanently closed—thank you for five fabulous seasons!
